Cancellation and credit
1. At least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery window starts: full refund. 2. From 24 hours up to less than 48 hours before delivery: no refund; you may reschedule ONCE for free OR keep the full amount as store credit for a future rental. 3. Inside 24 hours or a no-show: the model’s same-day rental band rate is charged and any remainder is kept as credit.
Online payment and instant confirmation
Online bookings are paid by card at checkout and are booked and confirmed instantly once the payment is verified. Refunds and store credit follow this policy.
