1. Who controls your information
Purplic Global LLC, operating BenStride in Florida, is the controller of personal information used for our rental service. Contact: benstride.fl@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the booking adult’s name, email, phone/WhatsApp, language, delivery and pickup address, hotel and optional room information, booking details and messages. Delivery/pickup photos are of equipment only; we avoid photographing people, documents or room numbers. We keep payment status; card information is processed by the payment provider when payments are enabled, and we do not store full card numbers. Technical data may include IP address, device information and cookies necessary for the site and security/rate limiting.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to provide and manage rentals, delivery/pickup logistics, customer support, transactional confirmations and reminders when available, safety and fraud prevention, legal/accounting compliance, and service improvement. Where applicable, our grounds are performance of a contract or steps you request before it, legal obligations, legitimate interests in safe operations and security, and consent where required. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing.
4. Who receives information
We use providers for the website, hosting/database, email delivery, payments and mapping links. Opening a mapping link may send the destination and technical information to that provider under its own policy. Staff access is need-to-know: drivers see only assigned tasks; cleaning staff see no customer data. We may disclose data to authorities when legally required or to handle legal claims. If you also rent with Ben, information is shared for coordination only when you ask us to do so, and only what is needed. Services keep separate records.
5. Retention
Booking and accounting records are retained as required by law, generally up to 7 years. Operational photos are retained up to 12 months unless needed for a claim or other legal requirement. Marketing data is used only with consent and retained only as needed for that purpose. We may retain information longer where required to preserve evidence or meet legal duties, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection where applicable. Depending on your location, including the EU/UK, Canada and Brazil under the LGPD, you may also have rights to restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to the relevant authority. Florida and other US residents use the same request channel. Email benstride.fl@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements and identity verification. Some information must be retained for legal obligations or claims.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, private photo storage with expiring links and audit logs. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your private booking link confidential and notify us if you believe it has been exposed.
8. Children
We collect information from adults booking the service and do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Optional suitability information, such as number of children or an age range, may be provided by the adult. Please do not provide children’s names, documents or unnecessary sensitive details.
9. International transfers
Information is stored with US-based providers and may be processed in the United States. Laws may differ from those in your home country. Where applicable, we use safeguards required by law for international transfers; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.
10. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies or equivalent local storage for language, session and security. Analytics will be used only if enabled later with appropriate notice and any required consent. No tracking pixels are used in transactional messages.
11. Changes and contact

First-party booking measurement
We record campaign source, medium, campaign and content, the public landing page, referring page, and availability/checkout/confirmation events to understand requests and improve our service. Stored page URLs exclude query strings and private booking/invitation paths. We do not use third-party marketing trackers or email tracking pixels. Measurement records are accessible only to authorized administrators and retained only as needed for service analysis and applicable legal obligations.
