What is included?
Included free: parent console. Rain cover is an optional paid accessory at USD 10.00 per rental.
Which exact stroller will I get?
Model shown is illustrative. You'll receive this stroller or a similar premium model with the same features.
Where do you deliver?
Free pickup and return at our Orlando location — or delivery & pickup at your hotel, resort, vacation home or MCO-area address for a flat USD 15.00 per rental. The flat fee covers both drop-off and collection, regardless of distance or zone. Choose self-pickup or delivery service when booking. Pickup location: Not currently provided. Not currently provided
Can I cancel?
Cancellation and credit 1. At least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery window starts: full refund. 2. From 24 hours up to less than 48 hours before delivery: no refund; you may reschedule ONCE for free OR keep the full amount as store credit for a future rental. 3. Inside 24 hours or a no-show: the model’s same-day rental band rate is charged and any remainder is kept as credit.
Is a deposit required?
No security deposit is charged or held. The optional damage waiver costs USD 15.00 once per rental and covers accidental damage and theft. Without it, the damage and replacement rules in the Rental Terms apply.
What optional extras are available?
Rain cover USD 10.00, snack tray, stroller hook, cooler bag, personalized name plate and a case of water on arrival are optional, subject to real stock. Current prices appear before submission. No car seats are offered.
Are taxes charged?
Yes. Sales tax at 6.5% is added to the order subtotal (rental, delivery, extras and waiver) and shown as its own line before you pay. Rentals are priced by charged days: return date minus delivery date, minimum 1 day. You pay by card through secure Stripe checkout, and your booking is booked and confirmed instantly as soon as the payment is verified. No security deposit.
Can I use the stroller in the parks?
Compare the stroller you receive with Disney’s stated 31-inch width and 52-inch length limits. Personal strollers are allowed at Universal Orlando, including Epic Universe. Check current park rules and the exact stroller/accessories; admission is not guaranteed. BenStride is not affiliated with or endorsed by these parks.
How is the stroller cleaned?
Before EVERY rental: fabric wash, steam clean, child-safe sanitizer and ozone treatment for odor removal, followed by the inspection checklist. Ozone treatment takes place only in an unoccupied controlled area with ventilation and safe re-entry before release. Read our Cleaning & inspection page.
Can you leave it at the front desk?
Only with our written confirmation and the property’s permission. Some stays require an in-person handoff. Missed handoff or redelivery may incur USD 15.00 / USD 15.00.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Report defects or missing items within 24 hours. The optional waiver covers accidental damage and theft; otherwise normal wear is excluded and repair or replacement rules apply. Excessive soiling may incur USD 25.00.
What if I miss pickup?
Have the folded stroller and accessories ready at the agreed place and time. Late return may incur USD 20.00 plus the applicable next rental band. Never leave equipment elsewhere without written permission.
