Cleaning & inspection before every rental
1. Fabric wash
Before every rental, we wash the stroller fabrics according to manufacturer care instructions and dry them fully.
2. Steam clean
We steam-clean suitable equipment surfaces, following the equipment care instructions.
3. Child-safe sanitizer
We apply a sanitizer suitable for child-use equipment, following its label, contact time and drying instructions.
4. Ozone treatment for odor removal
Before every rental, equipment receives ozone treatment for odor removal only in a controlled, unoccupied treatment area. No children or other people are present. Follow the equipment instructions, ventilate completely and observe the safe re-entry period before handling or releasing the stroller. This is not a sterilization claim.
Inspection before release
We inspect the frame, fabrics, harness and buckle, wheels and brakes, canopy, folding lock, parent console and rain cover. A unit with a problem stays unavailable until repaired, cleaned and inspected again. Cleaning and inspection are recorded before release.
During your rental
Use equipment as instructed. Report concerns promptly and stop using equipment you believe is unsafe. This process does not claim sterilization or a medical certification.
